We were initially  formed as ?Lantronix,? a California corporation, in June 1989. We reincorporated  as ?Lantronix, Inc.,? a Delaware corporation, in May 2000.  We have a history of providing devices that enable information technology (?IT?)  equipment to network using standard protocols for connectivity, including  Ethernet and wireless. Our first device was a terminal server that allowed  ?dumb? terminals to connect to a network.
