Globalstar, Inc. (the "Company") is a leading provider of mobile voice and  data communications services via satellite. By providing wireless services in  areas not served or underserved by terrestrial wireless and wireline networks,  we seek to address our customers' increasing desire for connectivity. Using, at  any given time, approximately 48 in-orbit satellites and 25 ground stations,  which we refer to as gateways, we offer voice and data communications services  in over 120 countries.
