About:We are a Delaware corporation. We were incorporated on March 29, 2005. On August  23, 2007 we amended our certificate of incorporation changing our name to  Paramount Gold and Silver Corp. Our principal offices are located at Suite 110,  346 Waverley Street, Ottawa, Canada K2P 0W5.  We are an exploration stage mining company which has as its core business,  precious metals exploration. Our principal project is the San Miguel Groupings  in Mexico. We have also entered into the Andean Gold Alliance with Teck Cominco  Limited, with respect to the exploration of properties in Argentina, Chile and  Peru. Currently, the Company only considers the San Miguel Groupings to be  material to its overall business and financial condition.
